  • Ordered a "birthday" bouquet for my girlfriend. Couldn't select anything specific, but he said he'd set me up. I requested delivery to her workplace the following day... no problem he says. The next morning my girlfriend informs me of a work schedule change - she wasn't going to be there after noon. As soon as she left the house I called the florist and asked if they could deliver before noon... at first he was hesitant because his delivery guy wasn't due in until 10, and the office was quite some distance, maybe to far to make the 11am deadline. But wait... no worries! He offered to deliver it himself, on time. "I'll get it there" he assured me. Later that day I hear from my gal... flowers arrived well before 11!! And to top it off she described them as "the most beautiful bouquet I've ever received"!! No thanks to me... All credit to Granara's. They got it sooo right! Highly Recommend.

    The service of the travel agent Janice Ceccotti was horrible. She never called back and didn't answer questions. Most importantly she was rude and talked over me not letting me explain the situation, presumably thinking what she had to say was more important. "When are you going to stop talking over me..." she demanded, to which I replied "... is exactly the same thing you are doing to me, so how does it feel?" Finally she kept her self quiet, and I was able to explain that i was already on St. Maarten (information she already had) where i was going to board the cruise, and i needed a straight answer. My husband had been in contact with her before, trying to hash out the details of my taking a Partial Cruise along with my husband's family's full and Closed-Loop cruise for his Parents' 50th wedding anniversary. A potentially complicated thing to accomplish, and why we chose to entrust the logistics to a professional travel agent. It didn't become clear until after his entire extended family was already entrenched in their travel arrangements that there may be a problem. Hoping that I would still be able to go, we made travel arrangements to get me to St. Maarten, so that she could work out a deal at her request. Now I am here, thousands of dollars in, and unable to to celebrate my in law's 50 wedding anniversary. An event that will never come again. Now when I called and ask for a refund on my ticket, she says that she will not give me a dime because I do not have a US passport. She knew that at the time of booking.

    Ledger Systems has proven to be a great disappointment for our business. Their technical support is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. As harsh as these words might sound, we have found them to be true over and over again. Our experience with Steve Kirby @ Ledger Systems has been especially difficult. His refusal to return emails, voicemails and requests for support is infuriating. He had one of our employees in tears due to his condescending and harsh manner. Unfortunately, this review must be posted anonymously out of fear of retaliation from Ledger Systems the next time we must rely on them for support of their products. My recommendation to any prospective Ledger System customer is to find another vendor/solution. There is no need to invite this level of complication to your business.
